April Snow

Corktown - Detroit, MI

Corktown in Detroit is the oldest neighborhood and dates to 1834. Many of the homes have been restored and are gems. The type of construction is varied as you can see from these examples.

DIA - Windows

The DIA in Detroit is of course a place for enjoying art, but the windows provide a framed view to the outside world. This venue is also a good place have fun shooting photos before the weather warms up.

Art and Snow

The Artist Village in Detroit has some very colorful pieces of art. The fresh snow last night did not detract, but rather enhanced their look.

Mt. Elliot

Mt. Elliot Cemetery - Detroit

One of the oldest cemeteries in Detroit has some pretty interesting art work. These art pieces date from the late 1800's to the early 1900's.
